Claudia L. Maher MA FCIPD FHEA

Claudia holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management and a Masters Degree in Higher Education from Middlesex University, and a BA Honours in Business Management (Human Resources) from the University of East London. She is also a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (UK) (FCIPD), has completed the Post Graduate Certificate in Higher Education (PG Cert) and is FHEA and Prince2 certified. 

Claudia’s learning and teaching interests include all areas of HR, including Total Reward – Financial Management, Compensation and Benefits, Transformation of Leadership, The Employee Experience, Talent Acquisition, and Academic Writing.  She is currently undertaking her PhD research in acting pedagogy in leadership and management.
