Faculty Away Day

  • Friday, 27 May 2022

Building on the success of previous away days in Abu Dhabi (2018) and Sharjah (2019), the Teaching and Learning Committee, in collaboration with the Wellness Office, organised a Faculty Away Day in Dubai this week. Faculty Away Days are important part of the yearly calendar for our academic staff, allowing them to come together, reconnect, and exchange ideas about a wide range of topics.

The day started in the morning with a tour of the Museum of the Future, the new landmark of Dubai and an inspirational work of architecture and design. Following the visit, the faculty in attendance travelled to DIFC Academy for an afternoon of fun team building activities and an interactive session about wellbeing in education. We'd like to thank our longstanding partners DIFC Academy for providing us with their wonderful venue for this event.
