Careers in IT

  • Wednesday, 20 March 2019
Our much anticipated Computer Engineering & Informatics Career Day had a wonderful turn-out last week! Witnessing the attendance of over 106 Undergraduate and Post-graduate students, the room was packed with future techies from our various computer programs such as Business Information Systems, Information & Communication Technology, Computer Engineering and Masters in Robotics to name a few.

The career day started with a Panel Discussion featuring speakers from, BEINEX, SuperNode, EFS Facilities Services Group and ORMAE. After which, the networking session began with 21 attendee companies including Dell EMC, Siemens, FedEx & Pivot Technologies among many others. The students thoroughly enjoyed the fair with feedback including: “The perfect choice of companies” and “…it gives an insight into what employers are looking for”.

It’s been a journey but we’re nearing the end of our career days. Check back with us soon to get to know more about our remaining two!
