Social Media for Entreprenuers

The Careers and Employability services department held a guest speaker session on the 25th of November 2018 at the Oasis theatre, Middlesex University Dubai, on 'Social Media for Entrepreneurs. The event was facilitated by Mr. Mansour Salameh, the Head of Omni-channel Retail Vertical at Facebook MENA , who led top retail, online and e-commerce companies including Souq, Namshi, Al Shaya, Apparel Group, Al Tayer and Landmark Group (among others) achieve their strategic business objectives and scale their business through Facebook, Instagram and the rest of Facebook family of apps. Mr Mansour educated MDX students on the on the effectiveness of running social media campaigns on Facebook. He shared his success stories as well as  the callenges he encountered and how he overcame them.

Our Careers and Employability Services team hosted Khaleej Times, a leading news outlet in the region, for a successful Assessment Center event at our Dubai Knowledge Park campus on 24 May 2023. This event served as a platform for our students to engage with the Senior Leadership Team at Khaleej Times and the Galadari Group and showcase their skills and potential.
