Research Committee holds Writing Retreat for all faculty

Middlesex University Dubai’s Research Committee recently held a two-day Writing Retreat for all faculty as part of its ‘Summer Research Bootcamp 2018’ initiative. The sessions were facilitated by Dr Daphne Demetriou, Senior Lecturer in the Department of Law and Politics, and aimed at supporting faculty in progressing their research projects in a supportive environment. The session began with initial planning and goal setting for the day with faculty then focusing on writing in one hour slots, with support from the Research Committee provided throughout.
