Gartner Host Mentorship Programme on Leading High-Performance Teams

On February 8th, 2023, we were delighted to have Gartner host a session for our students on Leading High-Performance Teams. Gartner is a research and consulting provider for businesses in the IT sector, working with large-scale organizations to develop their strategy and budgets, as well as consult on optimizing the right technology to invest in for their future.
This session was part of a mentoring program launched in June 2022. The year-long program paired selected final-year Business, Accounting & Finance and Technology students to 28 mentors from Gartner who offer their specialized career advice.
The aim of the program is to build relationships between the student and experienced professionals, enriching the lives of both mentors and mentees through knowledge sharing. This transformative program provides our students with the invaluable opportunity to learn directly from industry experts making them career ready for the real world after they graduate.
This particular session was led by the Gartner team Samer Naoum, Account Executive; Yosr Hamza, Director of Legal and Compliance; and Gabrielle Pilgrim, Key Accounts Director.
Once again, Gartner provided balanced and thoughtful coaching on leadership that our students can apply to their studies and careers in years to come.
