Rebuilding Culture in a Virtual World

Middlesex University Dubai welcomed Ritika Lal to speak to our students on Sunday, 13th December 2020 via MSTeams.  Ritika is currently the Associate Director, Corporate HR at Kelloggs. She is an HR professional with over 12 years’ experience across multiple geographies and industries like consumer goods, telecom & manufacturing in leading multinational organisations.  Ritika spoke on the topic of Rebuilding Culture in a Virtual World.  The event was organised by Ms. Neelofer Mashood on behalf of our 2nd and 3rd year BA Business Management HRM undergraduate students that are planning to work in the HR field.  Additionally, a number of MA HRM students also joined the session.  Ritika spoke in depth about how the HR function has evolved and what challenges it poses in the post Covid world. This presentation gave students a valuable industry perspective on the new and varied skills sets they will need to operate in a virtual working environment.

Designed to provide an immersive and holistic film education and support the development of the UAE's burgeoning film sector, MDX Studios provides our talented student filmmakers with exclusive access to state-of-the-art equipment, including RED camera kits, a dedicated Podcast Studio, Dolby Atmos Theatre and Mixing Studio, recording studio, and many more facilities as part of the studio setup.
