All students returning from overseas travel must follow below steps before joining campus:
All students must declare their recent overseas travel history by completing the DHA form online
All students must complete the Declaration of Readiness to Return to Campus form online here
All passengers arriving in Dubai regardless where they are coming from must have a negative PCR test taken at least 72 hours prior to departure from country of origin.
All Students should send a copy of their negative PCR test to HSO@mdx.ac.ae and await a confirmation email of your Approval to Return to Campus

Alternatively, students can take a test at all DHA-approved medical centres and labs, all private hospitals and most private clinics, and SEHA centres.
Staff and students coming back to Dubai from any international destination can take a PCR test from a recognised medical centre of lab in the country they have travelled to. However, this test will be not be valid to return to campus and can only be used for travel purposes.
The PCR test to return to campus may be completed at Dubai airport or at any DHA facility within the emirate.
It is mandatory that ALL students at Middlesex University Dubai must complete the University Travel Declaration Form and the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) form.
