About the Book

Supply chain and logistics are the backbone of global trade, moving goods and products across the world so that businesses and communities have access to everything we need – from food and raw materials to tech and entertainment. 

The global supply chain impacts every aspect of our lives and is a complex network of manpower, emerging technologies, and international collaboration. When the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted global supply chains and caused economic uncertainty in markets across the globe, it became clear that supply chain professionals need to develop new skills and competencies to prepare for upcoming challenges.

Co-edited by Dr Sreejith Balasubramanian, “Essential Skills and Competencies for Supply Chain Professionals and Future Leaders in Asia” is a first-of-its-kind book exploring this topic in detail.
