Arunima Sthapak is currently a senior materials manager at Hilti Middle East, focusing on supporting large business opportunities in the Middle East, Turkey & Africa Region. Her responsibilities include forecasting and procurement of key projects as well as the development & maturity of the process associated with managing them. She started her journey in Hilti back in 2020 as a materials manager for smaller markets in the middle east and worked to increase forecast accuracy/ Prior to Hilti, she was completing her bachelor’s degree in Marketing at the Pennsylvania State University
Vijay Menezes
Vijay Menezes is the Head of Logistics for Hilti’s Sub Region Gulf & Partner Markets in its sales region Middle East, Turkey and Africa (META). He is a member of the Leadership teams of Hilti Sub-Regions Gulf and META Partners and member of the Regional Logistics Management Team. He is responsible for logistics strategy development and implementation to achieve key supply chain goals in the sub-regions, together with leading and developing people. Vijay has over 20 years of experience in Logistics and Supply Chain in the Middle East and Africa covering Operations, Project Management, Lean, Business Development, Strategy Development and Leadership.
Daniel McWhorter
Daniel McWhorter is currently the Head of Materials Management for Hilti’s META Region (Middle East, Turkey, Africa). Daniel graduated with his undergraduate degree with a focus in Supply Chain Management from Georgia Southern University (USA). He later received a master’s degree with a focus in Financial Analysis from Penn State University (USA). Dan also has a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from University of Tulsa (USA). Dan has worked with Hilti for over 14 years and has held positions in several areas focused on distribution, warehousing, transportation, project management and most recently materials management. He also enjoys working with new professional and managed Hilti North America’s Management Trainee Program as well as the Logistics Internship Program for several years. Today Dan’s team manages the material requirements for the META region which represents ~$1 billion AED in annual sales and achieved recognition as the Best in Class Materials Management team for 2022.

Implement corporate projects with focus on Logistics on a regional basis with team members across the Middle East and Turkey region and uses and implements LEAN methodologies to help drive value creation and sustainable improvements.
Connor Sheehan
Connor Sheehan is the Talent Acquisition Team Lead for Hilti Middle East, Turkey & Africa based in Dubai, UAE. Connor completed a Bachelor of Commerce from Macquarie University in Sydney, Majoring in Human Resources and International Business. After completing his studies, he joined Hilti Australia in 2019 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, taking responsibility for recruitment across all functions of the Australian business. After this, Connor moved into a Junior HR Business Partner, supporting on of Hilti Australia’s Sales Divisions. In January 2021, Connor relocated to Hilti Middle East in Dubai as a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist, where was responsible for the recruitment for Hilti Emirates, Hilti Middle East and Hilti Qatar, while supporting other countries within the Middle East region. Since January 2023, Connor has taken the role of Talent Acquisition Team Lead, leading the recruitment team for Hilti across Middle East, Turkey & Africa.
