Received an Offer?

What to do after you receive your offer letter

Have you received an offer from us? We’re delighted you have chosen to pursue your UK university degree with Middlesex University Dubai.

We’re sure you’ll be wondering what the next steps are before you start your studies. Don’t worry – we’re here to support you.

What happens now?

  1. I’m unsure of which programme to choose. Is there anybody who can guide me?

Choosing a programme to study is a huge decision. Fortunately, we can arrange one-on-one sessions with faculty that will enable you to find out more about your chosen programme to see if it suits your aspirations and interests. You can also meet with faculty at our regular Campus and Virtual Open Days. Our Careers and Employability Service is also able to provide guidance about which programme may suit you based on the industry or profession you wish to work in once you’ve graduated.

  1. There are still documents that I need to submit. How can I do this?

Students who still have documents to submit or anything they need to finalise to complete their applications should contact their Admissions Counsellor who will be able to assist them further. The required documents you need to submit with your application are:

  • Academic documents (high school transcript or undergraduate degree)
  • English language certificate
  • Passport copy
  • Emirates ID copy (if applicable)
  • UAE visa (if applicable)
  • Recommendation letter (academic or employer)
  • Personal statement
  1. Can I visit the campus before I start classes?

Absolutely! Alongside our Campus Open Days where you can explore the facilities at Dubai Knowledge Park and Dubai International Academic City, you can book a campus tour with our Student Ambassadors at a time to suit you. If you’re an international student, we can arrange a virtual campus tour for you. Please email [email protected] or contact your dedicated Admissions Counsellor to book your appointment.

  1. I’m ready to pay to secure my place! What payment options are available?

The payment process is simple! Students can pay in cash, via cheque, credit/debit card, bank transfer, or via our secure online payment portal. Payment methods and the link to our online payment portal can be found here. Don’t forget that you can also organise a flexible payment plan for your tuition fees to manage your finances ahead of your enrolment. Ask your Admissions Counsellor or the Student Finance team for more information.

  1. I’ve received an Unconditional Offer Letter and made my tuition fee deposit payment. What happens next?

Congratulations! You’re officially a student of Middlesex University Dubai, and we are thrilled that you have chosen to study with us. Closer to the start of term, you will receive an email regarding the enrolment process and fast track induction ahead of your classes starting in September. Your enrolment process is the next step after completing your application, and you need to complete it to start your classes and have access to all the resources you’ll need as a Middlesex student.
