Dr Michael Kloep (Head of Careers & Employability Services)
Dr Michael Kloep leads the strategic development of the Careers & Employability Services department and supports the University in its mission to make its students 100% employable. He proactively supports the department and executes strategies that continue to enhance the skills of the students, therefore increasing their employability. He provides dynamic leadership to establish the department and ensure employability is embedded in students’ university experience.
He offers more than 15 years of experience in teaching at executive, professional, postgraduate and undergraduate levels. He lectures in strategy, innovation and entrepreneurship. Dr Kloep has published research on international level. He holds University degrees from the University of Berlin/ Germany as well as Helsinki/ Finland. Additionally, he holds a PhD (Doctor of Business, Economics and Social Sciences) from the University of Erlangen-Nürnberg in Germany.
His work experience (among others for Siemens AG, Daimler AG, Deutsche Bank, Bayer AG, TD1) in Europe, USA, Middle East and Africa includes working in senior/ executive management positions and advisor for 3 of the TOP500 Companies worldwide.
A strong entrepreneurship path has been proven as he started his first New Media Company when he was 16 years old. Since then he has been involved in multiple start-ups in diverse businesses and industries around the globe.

Dilkash Sultana
Dilkash Sultana is the Careers & Employability Services Assistant Manager and leads the team in preparing the students of Middlesex University, Dubai with employability skills for workplace success. Guided by knowledge, competence and passion, she has a history of excellence in career advice, personality development, learning & development of students, project management, and making students 100% employable.
Dilkash understands that employability skills are core traits required in nearly every job. As such, she goes the extra mile she goes the extra mile to instil the right energy, skills, and techniques in her students that will develop them into desirable candidates for chosen organizations. She designs and delivers careers-related workshops.
Dilkash also manages the corporate relations of the university and aims to maintain a positive relationship with the employers. In addition, she supervises the daily activities of the department, hosts and manages career related events and engage in networking sessions with employers.

Anna Ro
Anna is Careers and Employability Service Coordinator. She advises students on CV writing, job applications, job search strategies and other careers-related issues. She supports students and graduates to develop essential employability skills and find opportunities to work.
Anna liaises with employers to provide a range of opportunities both before and after graduation, including volunteering, internships, part-time work and graduate programmes. She is responsible for advertising placements to students and graduates on the university’s careers portal.
