Data protection law in the Middle East has undergone significant developments with the passing of the UAE’s first federal data protection law in the Federal Decree Law No. 45/2021. Considering these key developments businesses now require a fundamental assessment of the way in which they handle personal data from collection through to storage, disclosure and destruction.

In partnership with Act Now Training we are excited to launch the Executive Certificate in UAE Data Protection Law, a practical qualification covering the data protection laws in the UAE. The programme will be focused on building essential knowledge and skills around data protection whilst helping businesses understand the requirements of appointing suitably qualified Data Protection Officers.
