The finale for Global Entrepreneurship Week takes place over November 18 and 19, where Middlesex University Dubai will host the Youth Impact Lab, organised by the Pearl Initiative in partnership with the Abu Dhabi Music and Arts Foundation (ADMAF).

This two-day hackathon brings together senior industry officials, and students and faculty from six universities to collaborate, co-create, and present solutions addressing challenges related to gender equality, climate action, sustainable cities, and responsible consumption.

Earlier in the month, Middlesex University Dubai was honoured to welcome the Pearl Initiative to our campus to launch the innovative Youth Impact Lab competition, with one exceptional team of Middlesex University students earning the opportunity to participate in this weekend’s activities, promising a showcase of innovative solutions and creative thinking.

About the Global Entrepreneurship Week
The Global Entrepreneurship Week movement celebrates and empowers entrepreneurs in every country and community around the world – especially those who face structural barriers or who may have never considered the opportunities and possibilities of entrepreneurship. Each November 10 million people take part in tens of thousands of activities, competitions and events that inspire them to act and provide them with the knowledge, experience, and connections they need to succeed. GEW is an international movement, organised by the Global Entrepreneurship Network and powered by the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation with support from strategic partners.
