Introducing For the Love of the Planet – a two-day festival putting the UAE’s future leaders at the heart of student-driven solutions to the issues of sustainable fashion, food sustainability and developing a circular economy.

Join the Institute of Sustainable Development at Middlesex University Dubai for two jam-packed days of student showcases, interactive workshops, and thought-provoking panel discussions by industry experts.

Middlesex University Dubai is working towards COP28 and is united in contributing solutions that will combat global climate change in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Together, we can all support the UAE in achieving its ambitious sustainability agenda in the run up to the nation’s hosting of COP28 this November, during the Year of Sustainability. 

During For the Love of the Planet, our community will showcase sustainable business solutions developed by our students as part of their university curriculum and personal development projects during their studies.

Each event taking place will uphold Middlesex University’s sustainability goals, knowledge through education, and promote ‘thinking differently’, while strengthening our Recycle, Reuse, Reduce programme.
