Dubai Fitness Challenge - Invitational DKP University circuit fitness challenge

Its that time of year again, when the Dubai community come together to be fit, active and move their feet! #TeamMDX are taking part in the Dubai 30x30 Fitness challenge from 29 October – 27 November, and our very own Student Activities Department have scheduled in activities for our students and staff in addition to the official 30X30 schedule. 

Whether this be running, walking, dancing, swimming, skating, cycling, it only takes 30 minutes to take part. We want to hear from you and learn about your fitness activities! Post and tag @MiddlesexDubai and we will share your stories!
