Step 1: Guidelines for preparing your submission
Authors wishing to present at the conference are invited to submit an extended abstract (750-1000 words) for consideration by the programme committee. Presentation formats include oral and poster presentation.
Please use the relevant template (see links below) to prepare your abstract.
Authors wishing to organize a ‘Special Session’ centered on a theme aligned with the overall focus of the Conference are invited to submit a proposal for consideration by the programme committee. The special sessions will involve oral presentations by a Session Facilitator and three to four presenters.
Please use the following template to prepare your proposal for the special session.
Note: If you are attending the conference as a non-presenting delegate, please go directly to Step 3
Step 2: Online Submission

Step 3: Registration and Payment
Once your online submission is complete, please complete registration and payment by following the link below.
Registration fee waiver will be provided for Middlesex University Dubai, London, Malta and Mauritius staff, students, and alumni who had a paper accepted for the conference.
