WHAT IS LET’S TALK ABOUT IT?

Let’s Talk About It! is a support group designed to help university students navigate the emotional and psychological challenges they face during key stages of their academic and personal lives.

Through monthly sessions, Let’s Talk About It! will offer a safe space for students to explore and manage common issues such as uncertainty during life transitions, feelings of loneliness and social isolation, academic stress and burnout, and negative thought patterns. Additionally, the group will provide strategies for building confidence and overcoming imposter syndrome. By fostering trust, resilience, and personal growth, Let’s Talk About It! aims to create a supportive community where students can openly share, develop coping skills, and improve their overall mental well-being.

Below are the topics which will be offered for the Let’s Talk About It! monthly sessions. The list of topics has been curated based on student feedback to address the most common mental health challenges faced on campus.
