Required Documents for Admissions

Admissions Document Requirements – Middlesex University Dubai

Prospective students must submit the following documents along with their application:

General Requirements:

• A clear copy of a valid passport.
• UAE residency visa and Emirates ID (if available).
• A scanned copy of secondary school and high school mark sheets.
• One academic recommendation letter on the official school letterhead (this can be provided by any school staff or can be an employment recommendation letter).
• A personal statement (minimum 200 words) outlining your aims, interests, and reasons for choosing the program.
• A clear copy of an English Proficiency Test result (IELTS, Pearson PTE, or TOEFL), if available.

Additional Requirements for Postgraduate (PG) Applicants:

• Clear official copies of transcripts and University Degree Certificate (both original and translated), with a minimum of 2nd Class Honours or equivalent grade.
• An updated CV detailing all employment history, including internships, unpaid, and voluntary work.

Additional Requirements for Transfer Students:

• Official transcripts/diplomas from previous universities or institutions, showing completed subjects, grades achieved, and detailed course content.
• An explanation of the grading system used by the previous institution.
