What are we preparing children for?

Middlesex University Dubai’s Dr Lien Els (Associate Professor & Campus Programme Coordinator for MA People Management & Development) is hosting a session for school counsellors across the UAE. The session aims to recognise the desire of children to have a bright future, as well as to understand the challenges and opportunities we face and how we can prepare children for such challenges. Dr Lien will also discuss effective leadership and how this can guide children towards a thriving and fruitful future.
