Fashion Student Mohak Chauhan is the star of Runway Dubai

Two of our students took part in a competition hosted by Runway Dubai where they were asked to create a red carpet outfit for Serena Laurel – a Hollywood actress and musician. Mohak Chauhan and Dina Jalilzadeh made it to the final with their stunning creations.
The final was held this weekend with Mohak winning two awards: Emerging Talent 2019 and Best Designer.
His dress will be worn by Serena at her next red carpet event.

Led by students, this year’s FMC 2.0 featured four upskilling workshops and two competitions. A total of fifty-five students secured the Foundations Certificate in Financial Modeling, offered by our academic partner, FMI. Special congratulations to Chirag Kherajani for earning the Financial Modeling Institute scholarship for Advanced Financial Modeling certification.
The month of February kicked off with an immersive field trip to enrich the student experience at the AI Film Festival at Expo City Dubai
In March, both the third-year January cohort and first-year September cohort students embarked on a field trip to explore the UAE Innovates Exhibition and the DHL Innovation Hub
