Middlesex University was privileged to partner with Graydin, a London based company to deliver a coaching training for our MA Education students as well as external participants. The two day training was an interactive, experiential approach to changing the way participants view themselves within their personal and professional lives. It is an empowering approach based around the philosophy that the Coach is creative, resourceful and whole. The weekend had an enormous impact for the participants and was fun while creating a transformational change.
The weekend training was designed to support the participants to become more effective leaders in their educational context as well as in their personal lives. This aligns with the goals of the MA Education in the Leadership and Coaching pathways. Graydin’s mission is to improve the leadership skills, communication skills and wellbeing in education, by training staff, students and others in the school community to coach. The philosophy of Graydin is that they believe that people are able to grow and change. The training is a collaborative partnership between Graydin and Middlesex to support the MA Education students and to add value to the education community.
