This afternoon’s Quality Café session will help us enhance our understanding of the procedures for conducting and using Module Feedback Surveys which are typically conducted at the end of term. It is valuable for every academic staff member to be familiar with how this process works.
We will also be discussing about the MSS, which is a ‘programme level’ survey of Foundation and Undergraduate students in the UK and all campuses of Middlesex including our Dubai campus. The survey provides students with an opportunity to provide honest feedback on what they liked and didn’t like about the learning experience during their time at Middlesex University.
Our overall student satisfaction rate last year for the MSS was 85%. This is something to be quite proud of! We are trying to constantly improve, therefore we need an integrated campaign to raise awareness that cuts across academic and professional service areas.
