Students of Middlesex University Dubai connects to the wireless network called “MDX Students”. It will ask for a username and password upon connecting. Each student is given this detail upon enrolment.
Wireless signals are found on all blocks (Block 4, 16, 17 & 19) covering the campus. Specific locations are as follows:
- Block 4: Ground Floor
- Block 16: Ground Floor, First Floor, Third Floor
- Block 17: Ground Floor
- Block 19: Ground Floor, First Floor

Windows 7 (32-bit & 64-bit) & Vista

Android devices: Samsung, HTC, Sony etc.
Passwords on WIFI and networked computers in Labs and Library are identical to each other. Students can only change their own password when they log in to the computers and choose Change Password.
If a student forgot their password, they can come in the I.T. Office during office hours, and present their University ID Card.
