Nol Card New Application and Renewal
This form is only to request the Status Letter for the Student NOL card from the RTA. This service is ONLY for current students enrolled on a programme with Middlesex University Dubai (Alumni & other applicants are not included). For any queries related to Nol Card, Kindly check with the RTA office at any metro station.
- Students can only apply once they have completed the enrollment formalities ( complete their induction and receive their student ID card, and their MISIS is activated )
- Cards will be issued once the academic year begins (provided that the student has completed the enrolment process)
Once you have submitted the form, you can collect your letter from the Visa Office (S 11, Block 17) (2pm - 4pm) after 5 working days from the date of submission.
Forms submitted without a copy of your Emirates ID ( Front page ) will NOT be processed.
Status letters required for other purposes should be requested directly from the Student Office.
**You have to fill in the below form to request for the Status letter either as a new student RTA user or as an existing student renewal application.
In order to process your Status Letter, you MUST attach a scanned copy of your Emirates ID

Note: The RTA only issues the Student NOL Card to holders of the Emirates I.D
