All students who graduate from Middlesex University will automatically receive a Diploma Supplement on completion of their studies. This can be used to officially verify module results and final classifications.
The initial Diploma Supplement is free of charge and is available one month after the publication of final results.
Diploma Supplements cannot be issued to students with outstanding debt to the University. If you have an outstanding debt please contact our Finance Department.
All students who graduate from Middlesex University will automatically receive a final qualification certificate. Certificates are issued within 4 months from the publication of final results and are posted to the Dubai campus from where they will be distributed to students.
Certificates will not be issued to students with outstanding debt to the University.
Additional/Replacement Diploma Supplements and Certificates
Additional Diploma Supplement (Transcripts)
Requests for additional Diploma Supplement/Transcript should be made via the Student Office (form available here). There is a charge of AED 50 for an additional copy of a Diploma Supplement.
If a certificate is lost or damaged (whether in transit or after arrival to the recipient) the University may, at its discretion, issue a replacement certificate. The University will NOT, however, issue additional copies to any applicant holding an original certificate.
A replacement certificate has the same standing as the original and is produced in the format currently in use by the University. Please note that only one replacement certificate can be issued by the University (at its discretion) therefore we advise to keep the original certificate safe and store a digital copy for your reference.
There is a charge of £45 (approx. AED 250 subject to exchange rates) for a replacement certificate and this may take up to two months to be processed. You are required to complete the form and submit to the Student Office in order obtain a replacement certificate.
