In my final year of study, I moved from Director of Talent Acquisition at du to my current role of Senior Director, Talent Acquisition & International Mobility at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi.
Q6. Can you give an example of a time when you put the things you learned at Middlesex to practical use?
In creating the Talent Acquisition strategy at du and CCAD, I used the academic models and citations to support my recommendations.

I'm passionate about people and a digital native which means that working in Human Capital for a progressive organization that embraces technology means I have the opportunity to lead transformative change with a digital agenda.
