Lubna Khan LLB MA SFHEA MCIArb

Biography

Lubna Khan is a UK qualified solicitor specialising in commercial property and corporate work. Lubna has practiced at various firms in London and during this time was also part of establishing a niche practice focusing on this area of legal practice. Lubna holds an LLB and a Master’s in International Law and Economics. She completed the Legal Practice Course at ICSL (London) and holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education from Middlesex University. She is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (UK),  a Member of the Law Society of England and Wales, a Accredited commercial mediator and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration (CIArb)

Lubna’s teaching and learning interests include Contract Law and Criminal Law, Criminology, Commercial Property Law and Practice, and Private Acquisitions Law and Practice. Her research interests include Contract and Criminal Law, Criminology, Innovation in Legal Education, Mentoring, Arbitration, and Mediation.
