Dr. Krishnadas Nanath received Sustainability Researcher of the Year Award

Dr. Krishnadas Nanath (Senior Lecturer in Computer Engineering and Informatics) received Sustainability Researcher of the Year Award on 14th December 2017 at the Sustainability Excellence award night for his contribution to Green Computing research and practice. He received this award from H.E. Dr. Rashid Alleem (chairman of SEWA, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rashid_Al_Leem ) as part of the 9th Sustainable Development & Inclusive Growth Congress Week. He presented his Green IT solutions and research outcomes for SEWA as a keynote speaker in the Congress.

The students of the Accounting and Finance Department celebrated the success of the second edition of the Financial Modeling Club (FMC2.0) on 6 March 2024. Led by students, this year’s FMC 2.0 featured four upskilling workshops and two competitions. A total of fifty-five students secured the Foundations Certificate in Financial Modeling, offered by our academic partner, FMI. Special congratulations to Chirag Kherajani for earning the Financial Modeling Institute scholarship for Advanced Financial Modeling certification.
