Once again, Middlesex Team wins at the “Student Innovation Challenge” organised by Emirates Islamic (EI). The Challenge required students to develop an innovative social media marketing campaign that reflected the values of the brand. This is the second year running that Middlesex University students have won top honours.

Congratulations to our  team consisting of  students from the BA Business and Marketing programme – Mr Chirag Lakhiani, Ms Hanane Aba, and Ms Kanwal Altaf who developed a novel idea that allowed EI to get involved within the local community by promoting health and fitness. “It pays to run” was an exciting concept that beat more than 60 other proposals from a number of universities in the UAE to earn the top spot. Our students have won summer internships at Emirates Islamic and AED 15,000 in prize money.

A big thank you to Mr. Mohammad Meraj for investing his time in mentoring our students  and guiding them through the challenges of taking their idea from imagination to execution.
