Citizen of the World

Club Ink organised the 2nd edition of the Annual International Day Writing Competition 2014, themed ‘Citizen of the World’.

We had two categories of the competition this year, Poetry and Fiction, judged by an esteemed and proficient group of Judges, namely, Ms. Louise Edensor, Mr. David Tully and Ms. Evelyn Stubbs. What an immense pleasure it has been to discover such creative, passionate and vibrant young writers of Middlesex University and as Ms. Evelyn Stubbs said, “The entries were of a very high standard and it was a pleasure to read the work of our talented writers.”

Following are the students who emerged as winners and runners up of this competition:

Runner up  : Lizandra Almeida

Poetry

Runner up   : Humaira Shaikh
