                                         Visiting Faculty - International Foundation Programme (IFP)
IFP: Lecturer required to teach academic writing and Integrated subject projects All applicants should have experience in teaching and education and should hold a minimum qualification of a Masters Degree
IFP: Lecturer in mathematics
Visa Officer

As a Visa Officer you are responsible for processing and carrying out all transactions related to visas, liaising and keeping good relations with various Government Departments, processing all types of visas including student visas, liaise and work closely with the Human Resources Assistant to ensure that forms and formats for all visa and medical transactions are correct and complete prior to submission and prepare regular reports on visa reconciliation.

Qualifications and Experience required:

  • To apply for this position you should preferably have previous experience within a similar role working in a visa/GRO department.
  • You must be fluent in written and spoken English (Arabic desirable).
  • The ideal candidate will be result oriented.
  • Self-motivated and with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel experience


Receptionist/Administrative Assistant (Please note: working hours will be Sunday to Thursday 10am to 7pm and occasional weekend/evening work as overtime): 

As part of the administrative team, the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will embrace the concept of ‘exceeding expectations’ and ensure a high-quality, service-oriented, hospitable and professional work environment, provide an integrated range of administrative services to support HR, hospitality and office services. Point of contact for all levels of internal staff, external clients via telephone and reception desk and vendor relationships. 

Qualifications and Experience required:

  • 1+ years of relevant corporate reception experience preferred.
  • Experience in hospitality or related experience.
  • Experience in customer service and hospitality focus highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English and Arabic (desirable)).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel experience


Student Office Assistant

As part of the Student Office team, the Student Office Assistant will embrace the concept of ‘exceeding expectations’ and ensure a high-quality, service-oriented, hospitable and professional work environment, provide an integrated range of administrative services to support our students. The chosen candidate will be able to assist with special projects, keep accurate records and data analysis. Good communication and organisational skills necessary to meet deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience required:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor degree holder preferred.
  • Experience in customer service and hospitality focus highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English and Arabic (desirable)).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel experience
